Oh, and if Raimi actually makes the "30 days of night" movie "on location," I'll need a place to stay in Alaska. 😉

They're making a movie of that? I hope they don't carry some of the blatant errors from the comic book over to the screenplay.

IIRC, Sam Raimi has an option on it. What kinds of errors were there? I'm a silly southerner. 🙁

I seem to recall something about them driving to or from Barrow. It's airplane access only.

I'd have to double check, but I think it was airplane access only. Atleast in return to barrow... There were vehicles there locally though.

I will have to go check as well. I know there were some things in there that were wrong, but when you have movies and books constantly coming out about your state that are loaded with errors you sometimes forget who fscked up what. 😛

Over all though, it was a kick ass comic. And I think Raimi could do it right. 😉

VA is always in the movies/tv. Everytime the CIA or FBI are involved anyhow... 😛

Doesn't Alaska have one of the highest suicide rate in the country?

I believe our suicide rates are fairly high. We're probably ranked highest for S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder).
