The moron driving the wrong way in a Burger King drive thru.

Not only is the driver stupid, but he actually got mad at me because I was in his way while I was going into the drive thru!

I also noticed that the passenger ( an early 20's guy) was drinking a Mike's Hard Lemonade in the minivan. So I wrote down his plate and called the police when I got home. I am sure they will be having a nice discussion with an officer about proper driving techniques and drinking and driving.

It is jerks like this that causes everyone else's insurrance rates to climb all the time.
 
I don't see how you knew if anyone was drinking and driving. I think you mean the passenger will get a lecture on having an Open Container...

I agree! If the only person you saw drinking was the passenger then you can't accuse the driver of drinking and driving.

In Ontario it is illegal to have open alcohol in the car. It is a big time violation and it is taken very seriously.

Very true. Cops are too busy trying to bust the ricers for having a fart can that's too loud or something similarly stupid.

You never know, in a small enough town, that guy might be noticable enough so that a few cops may take notice to him. Though he didn't say he saw the driver drinking at the time, drinking and driving should be taken very seriously IMO

Oh should have checked profile. well unless there is no crime I don't think cops would be wasting there time, at least in the state they will not.

 
There's a Taco Bell near my dorm where the drive-thru was actually put in backwards. After you order, you pull ahead and the window is on the right side. Your options are either to bring a passenger with you, turn around in the narrow parking lot, or get out of your car.

I think whoever installed that deserves the Stupid Contractor of the Year award.

haha there was one near here. they redid the building about 2 years ago and they did it right this time.

it sucked going to the old store. if i didnt have a passenger i was screwed. Im so darn short i cant reach across the car and into the window. I would have to go in and get my damn taco.
 
While illegal to have an open container of alcohol in your car, it's not really that big of a deal. Hell, you can be caught drinking WHILE driving and, so long as you're not impaired, they'll just dump your stuff out. No biggie.
