Okay, now here is the purpose of this thread. I have an MP3 server at work that has about 40 gigs of songs. I recently added a folder called "Very Bad Songs." However, there is now a sub folder to this called, "Stinky Cheese." I'd like to add to the present list, but I am afraid of permanent brain damage and drooling caused by too many bad songs floating in my head. So please add to the list! Thanks!
Here are the words to the text file in the Stinky Cheese folder:
Version 1.0
Rules For Stinky Cheese
There are many, many songs that are, or could be, considered
as "Very Bad Songs." However, there are those elite few that
should elevated above those that are merely bad. We'd like
to think of them as having a home here under "Stinky Cheese."
So without further dissemination, here are the rules:
1) The song must have been popular at one time (Top 100 Charts).
2) Listening to it causes the hair on the back of your neck
to rise and causes you to stop dead in your tracks.
3) You cannot help yourself as you are compelled to finish
the lyrics to the song.
4) Someone must say, "Hey, I like that song!"
Here are the initial selections that have been deemed
appropriately stinky:
Alan Oday - Undercover Angel.mp3
Bee Gees - I Started A Joke.mp3
Bertie Higgins - Key Largo.mp3
Billy, Don't Be A Hero - Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods.mp3
Captain & Tennille - Muskrat Love.mp3
Carl Douglas - Kung-Fu Fighting.mp3
Charlene - I've Never Been to Me.mp3
Conway Twitty - Hello Darling.mp3
CW McCall - Convoy.mp3
David Geddes - Run Joey Run.mp3
Devil Woman - Cliff Richards.mp3
England Dan and John Ford Coley - I'd Really Love To See You Tonight.mp3
Holmes, Rupert - Escape (Pina Colada Song].mp3
Kenny Rogers - Ruby Don't Take Your Love to Town.mp3
Maria Muldaur - Midnight at the Oasis.mp3
Minnie Ripperton - Loving You.mp3
Red Sovine - Teddy Bear.mp3
Starland Vocal Band - Afternoon Delight.mp3
Tammy Waynette - Stand By Your Man .mp3
Terry Jacks - Seasons In The Sun.mp3
Tiny Tim - Tip Toe Thru' The Tulips With Me.mp3
Tony Orlando And Dawn - Tie A Yellow Ribbon.mp3
Wayne Newton - Danke Schoen.mp3
