Bethlehem PA, 11 years old at time of purchase (1997), 4000sqft, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, fully finished basement, 210K.

my house was built in 2004, cost 435k, now worth about 850k. i'd say thats a good deal, too. hospital, circuit city, mall, elementary, middle, and high schools are all within walking distances or should i say, right next to or in the development. other major infrastructures such as theater and walmart are not that far off.
dont' know whether i'd want that...
