ok, so im getting an ipod for xmas (lucky me!). a came across this program called anapod explorer. it pretty much just sets your ipod up as a device in "my computer" and allows you to drag and drop. but there were 2 things im not clear on..
1. it says your the ipod needs to be formated for windows. Do ipods come pre-windows formated? if i have to format it myself, will it erase the ipod os too?
2. The program allows you to drag and drop files into the ipod. When the file is in the ipod, does it go off its windows file name or id3 tag? if it goes off id3 tag, where can i find a good id3 tag editor?
