Hi there.
May name is Pedro Vouga and I've recently registered as a seti user.
I have an average of 2:37 per unit. And I would very much like to be on this team for two main reasons:
1 - I've been a regular reader of Anandtech.com for quite some time now,
2 - A friend of mine is with the team and speaks very highly of you...
I hope I can help take the team further and faster....

Hi SuperBlackBird! We would be very glad to have you join the TeAm!! Check the first thread in this forum, it will have plenty of info on running SETI, joining the TeAm and getting stats!

 
Welcome to the forums, Pedro 😀 Sounds like you are a "Long time listener, first time caller" to steal an overused radio remark 😉


As JWM said, check out the first thread stickied to the top of this forum, and you will see lots of information on how to join the TeAm, and get a load of stats 🙂

An average of 2:37 is very nice, and I'm guessing you have a very nice computer!! If you ever have any problems with it, then the people here are VERY knowledgable, and will probably be able to pinpoint almost any problem you may have, and suggest solutions.


I for one hope you make yourself at home here, and pop in often and join in with the fun 🙂

I hope you will find, as your friend has, that there are, in my opinion, the best bunch of people you could possibly find on the internet. They are always here for you in times of good and bad, and have literally saved people's lives (check out David McOwen's story for details on how the members of this family have helped him out. I use family not as a typo, because to me, and many others, the members here are as friendly and kind as family 🙂
