Anandtech's rampage formula article and my system

Specs:
Intel Q9450 @3.6ghz stable w. Thermalright ultima-90 cooler
Corsair Dominator 2x2gb ddr2-8500 @ 1081mhz 5-5-5-15
1000w Antec Trupower Quattro
Asus Rampage formula
Xfx 8800gtx 640mb

My Fsb for my cpu is 450

What fsb Strap do i need to use and what Trd (MCH read delay) do i need to set in order for compatibility with my setup. are there anyother settings ive missed that i need to do what this article is talkign about?

You are already under 333 strap with 5:6 divider. With 2GB sticks and 450FSB, you're likely to be at tRD=7 or 8 and that's as good as it gets with your setup. (Check the 'Performance Level' using Everest or MemSet)

nice, I'm at very similar settings that you have.

450x8 with tuniq
ballistix 2x1 pc8500 @ 1080 5-5-5-18

my trd with these settings with the 5:6 multiplier is 7. I used to run my e6750 at 425x8 but on the 4:5 multiplier with trd=6, it's just hard to get much better than 7 with that high of an fsb unfortunately

yeah alright im happy with 7 i get 47.2ns response time in Everest which is good i think
