XL has the same number of threads as XT; 512.

I can only imagine how hard it will actually be to look at the link before attacking the OP, it states that the X1800XL maximum can handle 128 threads, while the XT can do 512.

It's apparently 128 threads per quad, so 512 for both the X1800 XL and XT.
