I've created an Xbox live silver account, called "AnandTech 360". With this account, I will add all of the gamertags that I can find on AT, and using the Friend of a Friend feature you will easily be able to see who is online and what they are playing.
There are only 100 spots available, thanks to the friends list limit. I will try to be proactive in removing inactive users to make room for new players and people I missed the first time.
If you don't make it on the list the first time, I am sorry. Feel free to post in this thread and I will get you in as soon as possible.
If you want to add someone from this list, be sure to indicate that you're from AT!
Edit 2: Ok, I went through the Gamertag thread and added people, up to 97 now. Again, if I missed you, drop a note in here and I will add you as soon as a spot opens up.

Edit 3: The list is currently at 100 members! I've started a pending list below, new requests will be added to the pending list and added to the 360 list as soon as possible. Like I said above, I'll allow 1 week for this first round of 100 invites, then I will clean up and add any new commers.
Update 1: 49 friends and the list is still growing! 5 more days until the first round of invites expires. Updated the pending list.
Update 2: Up to 65 friends now I believe! Today is the last day for the first rounders to accept their invite, then I will clean them out and make room for new people. After that it will be up to anyone else to get on the list, I'm not going to hunt anyone else down.
Big Update 3: The first big round of updates have expired, and I added all of the pending people. Current list is at 79 people if everyone accepts, so that means we have 21 open spots for new people. Yay!

Took a look at the friends list today and pruned a few inactive users, freeing up some spots so that we now have 15 slots available on the list. If you're not already a Friend of a Friend, post your Gamertag in this thread and I'll get you added.

Added a few more users. List stands at 78 people, looks like everyone is active for the most part.
