Anandtech wallpaper

I downloaded the Anandtech wallpaper and want to set it to my desktop, but can't figure out how to do it? I'm using WinME. Any suggestions?

What format is it in? I think 98 & Me should be able to read GIF, JPEG, & BMP formats directly as wallpaper images. Just right click your desktop, go to properties, go to the backround tab, & choose the file. If nothing else, open it in IE, right click it, & choose Set As Wallpaper.

the file doesn't show up under the background options and you can't open it in IE

Is it a ZIP file? If so, unzip it into your C:\WINDOWS directory. Then it will show up on your background list.

I did that and it still doesn't show up! :Q What's the problem?

What kind of a file did it unzip to? A JPEG? GIF? BMP?
