anandtech subscription problem

I signed up for a year subscription and received an email receipt confirming my purchase. I went to http://subscriber.anandtech.com/sublogin.cfm and tried to log in and it says I don't have a subscription. I then emailed the mods and have not had a reply. My online bank statement shows the charge to my card.

chill out man. In the confirm email you got, it said to email anand and included his address if there is a problem. take a pill.
