Anandtech stickied ads are spreading, I'm not pleased.

I've watched people complain about ads on the left, about expired ads in the hot deals section, but I want to chime in on this. I'm a subscriber so that I don't have to use bandwidth on the ads, but now they're getting sticked in forums that they wouldn't be allowed in if not for the revenue.

General hardware to advertise newegg ? http://subscriber.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=27&threadid=1106321 I love newegg as much as the next computer geek but me posting a similar thread in GH would be locked and dropped or removed outright. If the powers that be expect us to follow categories shouldn't the mods/Anandtech Deals do so as well ?

I am not sure how these stikies work but I think that it is a deal where the advertiser has the obligation to update the stikie, I may be wrong but I think this because Anand needs the revenue and I dont think would let this kind of thing go stale.
