Why build an HTPC with a Video Card that is that long that is overclocked and had a giant fan? Is it really an HTPC or a game machine?

I was looking at the article about the Siverstone HTPC case and trying to make a comment on the article but everytime I do it says I am posting SPAM. This is a joke. What is going on?
