Anandtech main page viewing problems with firefox 3

Has anyother firefox 3 users had problems viewing main page of anandtech website? Buttons on left side do not show and even the mouse wheel is really slow scrolling. Anandtech website is the only site I am having problems with. Thanks
 
Some sites using a large background & lot of javascript will be slow. It's not exclusive to anand. You can turn off javascript with noScript.
 
no problems at all for me.

maybe try uninstalling/reinstalling firefox and renaming your profile dir, just to see if that would fix it. it may just be something in your profile screwing things up.

profile dir is at
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox
 
It has been working well for me with FF3 even through the beta versions. I would suspect a add on conflict or a setting that is not configured correctly. If all is ok then Nova2 has good suggestions as well. If all else fails try the mozilla forums here
