What is the suggestion here?

Create a new thread with suggestions of making it stop going "downhill".
 
If you have issues with the editorial content please let us know. How has the editorial content gone downhill and become commercial? If we don't know what the problem is we won't be able to fix it. Let's see some constructive criticism rather than a destructive and unhelpful take down.
