From my ISP:

it appears that you are not receiving messages from anandtech.com because the mail server does not have matching forward and reverse DNS in compliance with rfc1912.

My ISP says that their notification to Anandtech asking for verification by virtue of being flagged for the above reason went unanswered. I have therefore not received any email notifications since Saturday, June 28. That's probably about when Anandtech went back online after a long maintenance hiatus. Evidently the DNS vs rDNS issue surfaced by virtue of that "maintenance." My ISP said their policy has not changed.

This is obviously something that can be fixed in a maintenance session or perhaps outside of one. Please, techs, address this issue.

We at the forums don't have any control over this. The main site people would handle it. All we can do is the same thing you can do - pass the info to someone there. You can always email Anand.

Honestly DNS is not my specialty. But nothing appears to be wrong with our DNS records.

Furthermore MXToolbox says that everything checks out: http://mxtoolbox.com/

I'll poke around and see if I can find out what's up. But that response isn't very helpful at this moment.

And the maintenance was a server move. Which means the DNS records were indeed updated (but not the MX records, since we use a 3rd party host for mail).

Well, thank God, or Anand, and/or whoever got wind of this who had the knowledge and ability to correct the problem, because it's apparently been fixed. I got an email notification of this post, the first such notification I've received (or post of any kind from Anandtech.com) since June 28. ;)
