I looked for a contact at anandtech.com to address this question to, but there is no contact info for anyone there. Basically, i am wondering if there is a way to "block" or remove the DailyTech sidebar from the homepage?

The contact info for the AT staff is in every article. Their email addresses are in their bylines.🙂

Thanks. Perhaps i should have been more specific, i want to contact a "webmaster" (or whatever its called now). I doubt Anand would want to hear about how to remove DailyTech from the front page.

If you are using Firefox you can right click on the DailyTech section, click "Inspect Element (Q)", click on the arrow of the popup menu for "h2", and click "Delete Node", and then do the same for the next node, which should be "article.dailytech_news".

There's probably a better solution using GreaseMonkey or some other addon, though.

EDIT: Found one. Element Hiding Helper, which requires Adblock Plus (which is excellent for blocking individual ads and even images you want to block, anyway).

Actually he would. Email him or Tweet him, and you'll likely get a response.🙂
