anandtech case badges

This would probably have to get approval, but i was thinking someone could design an anandtech case badge for each level of status... platinum, golden, elite, senior, etc? You could buy them off a website provided your status matches what you are ordering? i don't know, it's just an idea, but i like anandtech a lot, and DARRIN suggested the status thing, and i think it's a cool idea.
I'm not good at designing graphics, but i know some places that do your own badges for not that much.
 
There's already a work in progress for completely authorized anandtech gear. I believe the forum members Trippleshot and Narzy are working on this (the latter for sure, dunno about teh former). PM them for more info.
 
What about when someone changes status? Except for the elites everyone does if they continue to post. I'd still like an AT badge just no status on it.

Lol if you were elite you could bring it in for a computer job interview and they'd be amazed that you were an elite at AT. 🙂
 
The case badge is a pretty good idea but there is little point in putting the member status on unless your Diamond or Elite. Otherwise your status is just going to increase as you more.
 
so......... case badge w/o status? seems there are a lot of interested buyers... but who to design the badge itself? also the authorizing, selling, etc.

its all in the works, I cant leak nothing no matter what you make me eat...but its comming and well its comming hopfully sooner then later but maybe later.

have I beat around the bush enough?

tripleshot and I are hard at work getting everything settled for the grand opening if it ever happens 🙂 and yes case badges will be part of the selection I designed them myself, there a big fat A with a red stripe through the center, exactly like the one you see in the ANANDTECH logo 🙂.
