Why is the Anandtech 2013 GPU comparison chart missing some cards ?

...presumably because they tested them in 2012 and haven't tested them yet with the new test suite?

Anandtech stopped turning up to review Graphics cards about a year ago. They still throw out some randomly useless and fatally flawed reviews but they haven't published anything useful in about 1.5 years. Bench being behind is just another aspect of their neglect.

yeah anandtech have moved on to smartphones, tablets and other PC hardware like SSDs. they are not really interested in GPUs.

Which is why they have a full time senior editor dedicated to GPUs...

It is true, AT seriously lacks decent Video card benches. The ATI cards still show the crappy BF3 driver. It make comparison seriously flawed and why is it so hard to compare a 2010 card to a 2013 card?

I don't think Bench versions are meant to be compared. i.e. 2012 is essentially an archive of whatever AT had at the end of the year.

I don't look to AT for up to date GPU reviews, myself. They only seem to do release reviews. At which time they are just one of a dozen, or so, sources of the same regurgitated marketing slides and a series of benches. Often the performance of the cards a month or two (or more) down the road has changed and the AT bench doesn't reflect that. In my opinion, it needs either more resources used, or to be dropped.

I don't see how the question in the thread solicited such a ranting response from you, though. You might try some constructive criticism instead. :)

They have already spoken about this to some degree.

And no new cards outside of titan have been launched. Which means they have not needed to go through and redo all their benches. But it would be nice to see upgraded benches with newer drivers.

Even if all the cards were listed, the benches would not be of much value imo. Unless they were updated frequently to account for driver improvements which can be significant in some titles over time.
