Question Anandtech articles on CPU and benchmarking - Idle CPU consumption metric?

I've been out of the CPU game for a long time. Looking at the latest 13900K article on anandtech i don't see any idle power test for CPU's anymore. Looked at the current zen generation for idle power and didn't see it either. Has that metric been removed or is it being shown somewhere else now?

if i'm comparing the current i7 vs ryzen 7, which has the better idle cpu power consumption? my pc will be at idle most of the time when i'm not gaming.

Single threaded and idle intel wins, but the final full system power draw might still be better on one or the other depending on the rest of the system.
Well, mainly the mobo since that's probably the only thing that would be different.
