It is known to produce sensations that are similar to those of THC, the psychoactive property in marijuana." says CNN discussing an article suggesting that anandamide may be responsible for the runner's high of legend.

Anandtech is a forum known to induce the "geeks high" after extended use. Ahem. ;>)
