Hi all -

Any word on what's up with my subscription? I renewed on February 6th, but when I try to log in, I keep getting the message that my subscription's expired or I'm not a subscriber.

I've tried logging out, clearing cookies and temp. int. files, and I just finished a defrag and file cleanup, none of which is helping me log on to the subscriber network.

Any assistance would be appreciated - I got used to the speed of the "other side," so at the current speed of the regular forums, it's taking me all day to maintain my 4.5 posts a day. 😀

Did you renew after it ran out? Did you get a receipt from ibill? Did the transaction actually go through? Did you get back to anandtech after ibill and did it work ok?
 
I did get a confirmation e-mail and a receipt from iBill and am trying to find it. I have a completed charge on my credit card from IBILL of Florida for $12 on February 6th (when I renewed), so it went through just fine. I can send you the details of the transaction if you need them - I'm not sure if I have the receipt anymore or not, because I was getting so much mail that I didn't have time to read that I was just deleting stuff without really looking at it unless it was something I knew I needed to respond to.

After I renewed, I posted on the subscriber forums successfully until the other day when I cleared my cookies. It had been a crazy month, and it was the first time I'd cleared cookies since the beginning of the month before my initial subscription ran out. Anyway, since clearing cookies, I can't log into the subscriber network anymore - I hadn't ever been logged out before then. I hope that makes sense.

Zuni- does it matter when we renew? My subscription runs out in 3 days-- should i wait for it to run out before renewing, or can i renew it now and not have to worry about it?
 
Chrictons, I have forwarded this issue onto the right people. I wish I could do more, but I don't have access to the system to solve this issue.
