I'll wait for a G5 laptop when it eventually gets released :p

HOPEFULLY they'll make a 12" WIDESCREEN or 14" widescreen. Or make the current 15" LIGHTER. Or in fact just the 12" lighter and with a widescreen form factor instead of the 4:3.

That would be really something.

For me that would be great. A sweet 12" or 14" that is lighter then they currently are and a widescreen :)

My current laptop weighs in at 1.67kg! No optical drive though.

You can either have lighter or G5; I don't expect a G5 box to be both, especially with the water cooling on the 2.5ghz PowerMac.

Not too far from le tooth. Does you ever hear of Apple's MooCow? It was an easter egg found in Apple's laserwriter software long ago.

Pretty good review, and some nice videos.

BTW, there is likely a new PowerBook coming in a few weeks, likely with the G4 1.67 GHz. If so, it's probably the G4 7447B with 512 KB L2 cache.
I'm guessing within 2 weeks.
But that doesn't jive with the latest report that the G5 is coming soon. At this point nothing is making sense.:p

heh...And in other news, Dr. Phil is in big trouble!
