Analyze the Difference between these two OBD2 readers

I want to get an OBD2 Reader as I don't currently own one. I have read that Launch makes reliable ones. I was wondering which of these two are better, and what are the differences in functionality, if any? I can't seem to find any compare / contrast reviews or webpages for them.

Launch x431 Creader V+ (I can get this for about $33 shipped, US seller, on eBay)

Launch Creader 6001 (I can get this for about $22 shipped, US seller, on eBay)

Is one of these an older / newer generation? Is the (newer?) Creader V+ worth $10 more than the 6001? Which one would you buy?

I ended up getting the CReader 6001 for $22 shipped on eBay. The CReader V+ might be a little newer, but people seemed to like the 6001 in various YouTube videos. Probably hard to go wrong on a $22 scanner.

At that price point they're pretty much the same. Higher cost gets you things like data logging and manufacturer specific codes.
