So I noticed that my Dell 2405fpw monitor has a DVI-D connection. Will I be able to watch analog tv using an analog tv tuner on my monitor if I'm using a DVI-D cable from the monitor to my GPU?

Yes, the tuner will digitize it before sending it to your video card.

Awesome! Thanks a ton. I've been looking everwhere for an answer to this.

Yeah, I know, I will be using this rig for gaming as well, but I don't have digital cable or satellite, so I'm stuck with basic analog cable for now. Later on I'll upgrade.
