Analog to DVI adapters

I've heard they exist, but for some reason, no search engine on this planet seems to know what they are...
can anyone point me to an adapter that'll convert the analog signal from the herc gf2gts2 to a digital signal? maybe tell me a little bit about my options? price, quality, etc...
