Analog Comcorder need graphic card with video in

I have this analog comcorder which I would like to be able to create a CD from it.

I know that you can buy a adapter to have it turn the signal into digital. But I was hoping that a graphic card with video in will do that.

Is there a specifice brand ad model ? How about the sound, will I be able to record the sound also?

Don't know how off topic this is, maybe peripherals would be better.
That said, I will answer your question. If you have a video card with video in you can capture the video from your analog camcorder without a problem. The sound goes in through it as well or it goes in through your sound card (depends on the video card - ATI All-in-Wonder cards have sound in as well).
