Anaerobic vs Aerobic cardio

Just wanted to know what the collective thoughts of ATOT stand on this issue... I've read a couple articles here and there but was interested in what other people were thinking...

Here's a short article that briefly describes the advantages and disadvantages of aerobic and anaerobic training... It sort of answers my question but I guess what I was really aiming to ask was if anyone is on an anaerobic cardio program such as guerilla cardio and their thoughts...

I don't get it. Should there be a "versus"? Can't pick one over the other . Or maybe I'm just misunderstanding the topic.

What are your fitness goals? Usually you have to start out aerobic, and then move over to anaerobic in order to maximize gains. For example, sprinters should be able to run several miles before they actually concentrate on speed. You need an endurance base to work off of.
