AN9 Fatal1ty - enable APIC

I just built a new rig (see below), and cannot get WINXP 64bit Pro to load. As soon as it starts booting from the cd, I get an error saying that I need to enable APIC (advanced programmable interface controller) before continuing, but cannot find that option in the BIOS. Any body seen this before?
