AN8 vs A8N

i have both Abit AN8 and Asus A8N SLi.
i overclocked my CPU in A8N, and the results shows stable.
then i verclocked my CPU in AN8, but it seems to fail in prime95, when i'm using torture test blend, which test my memory.
but i used the same settings as i put in A8N, which i can get to 9x260 (9x200) original. i set my mem at 266MHz.
what is wrong with my memory in my Abit AN8?
