This indited even the media as living in denial. The poor media. They have to contend with the delusions on the right they are left biased, and them suffer people who reason calling them right biased.

But the real point of the piece is that it is no scientific counter to the factuality that the right won't deal with reality. The right simply uses its faculties to deny irrationally.
