I give up. If u guys can help that would be great. I bought a Pionner 103S which is still under manufacturer warranty. The store I bought it from is no longer in business. I'm trying to do an RMA on the product cos it's dead. I contacted Pionner customer service. I can't count tne number of times i've been transfered to other departement. They gave me 5 times number of pionner authorized center for HOME DVD
. At last, I reached someone who knew what he was talking about: I should return it to the store I bought it from and then they should return it to their distributor which is unfeasible because it's no longer in business.
