I'm trying to find my max HTT. I've been adjusting my HT multiplier as I go to keep the 'FSB' at or below 1000MHz.

I started at 220 MHz, and soft reboots didn't work from windows. Around 300 MHz, soft reboots quit working from the BIOS (as in, after I save and exit, I won't boot back up imeediately, I have to powerdown and power back up - I usually go back into the BIOS to make sure my settings took, and then I exit without saving and it will reboot fine).

Is this a problem I should be concerned about and, if so, what can I do to fix it?

Rig's in the sig.

my asus boards have done that to me in that passed...i dont know what causes it but i found that after a while it quits doing it...it also when i used to restart my computer it would shut completely off for about 3 seconds and then turn its self back on...i dont think it hurts it but it should eventually go back to normal...mine always did...it must be something with asus' boards
