There's been much shit flinging on this board over the last few days about the shutdown. Instead of fighting each other we can all unite on this shared atrocity.

That poor dude Djokhar Tsarnaev, suspected Boston bomber, is being mistreated in custody. I'm sure your blood will boil to hear of the tortures the government is visiting on him. Limited access to mail, the phone and the internet are but some of the torments he is undergoing.

/sarcasm.

I can understand the defense lawyers wanting to do their jobs, but what goes through their minds when they say stuff like this? How do they look themselves in the mirror at night, or talk to their loved ones?

My favorite part.

The government has not alleged that Mr. Tsarnaev has done or said anything since his arrest to commit violence, incite violence, or engage in communications that pose a security threat

Wonder if the response will be "Well duh, he's been restricted."

If access to iPads is a civil rights issue now surely access to something as basic as the mail is

Not really surprising in the least. Lawyers as a group are quite possibly the lowest scum on earth.

A few months ago, I read about some of the prisoners in Angola (one of the toughest prison in Louisiana) filed a lawsuit against the warden and other officials because....

...wait for it.....

It was too hot for them prisoners in the summer.

Too hot in Louisiana in the summer? Shocking eh?

On one hand I can see how someone having such restrictions in prison is not right for a person who has not had a trial and has not been found guilty...

on the other hand, what the hell is taking the court system so freakin' long????!!!!!!!! Are the lawyers just milking it for the taxpayer funded paychecks???????!!!!!!!!!!

How well do you sleep after over 100,000 murdered in Iraq because of False Flag - WMD?
What about rebels(I bet you do support that...) in Syria beheading a man and eating his heart on video? How do you look at nite in the mirror after that...or when you kiss your loved one?

I do have same question:
but what goes through their minds when they say stuff like this? How do they look themselves in the mirror at night, or talk to their loved ones?

What does goes through your mind?

Have you thought about? Or you're just another self-centered asshole?

If he were fat and ugly the media would tear him to shreds.

But he's got that cute rebellious look! We must do stories about him!
I thought I read that he'd been shot in the face. So...maybe not so much anymore.

I hate to go against the mob mentality here but he hasn't been convicted of anything yet and they are using special "terrorist" rules to isolate him.

It also seems wrong to restrict his lawyers visits to him the way they claim.

They should have just shot him when they found him hiding in the boat and we would all be done with this piece of shit.

If he were allowed to mingle with the general population like any random person held in custody, what do you think the other inmates will do to him? Prison isn't as glamorous as Andy Dufresne made it out to be.

They would probably have a good time. He is a bit on the cute side. He would come out with a size 10 asshole.

"Innocent Untill Proven Guilty" - it does not exist anymore...
He was "proven guilty" when he was caught - I remember seeing that on TV news...

Remember 9/11?
One of terroris'ts passport was found on the ground while who plane and building have perished in fires and debris...Terrorist must have threw away his passport out of open cockpit window while doing maneuver of passenger jet before an aircraft hit the building - maneuver that only very experienced pilot could do and at same time to open cockpit window and trow away his passport...

Did mob(as you say...and I'd agree with you) questioned themselves about?

"My Radio Talks To Me".....

Wow, a passport was found, among boxes of other personal artifacts and other occurances. Explosions don't incinerate everything in their sphere. Stuff happens.

I knew a person who once found a picture frame, intact, 20mi from where a tornado had destroyed a town. It was just sitting in a farm field. Stuff happens.

This just proves that tornadoes are false flag operations by the government.

How cute is he? Are you implying that you would like to be the first in line to give him his "butt sex punishment"? Or do you prefer "catching" rather than pitching?

No disagreement there.
