Lots of fun but I heard no explanation as to why conservatives don’t understand the first amendment unless the reason is just the obvious that they are batshit crazy. Obviously and fortunately, however, they do seem to fear more than batshit crazy is to be sued.

I thought Kamala did all the oral presentations in this Administration.
Well look who's back. I'm sure you've spent time compiling the excuses you will dump on us for those racist traitorous Republicans.

I'm sure we'll be seeing them

Only listened to the first half of the first clip. Howard clearly doesn't know the specifics, which is a shame because the picture he paints is actually more limited than things really are.

The problem that I see with Repubs and their version of free speech is that they take for granted that telling lies is a form of free speech. They, and the party they belong to have for decades relied on a preponderance of lies to justify their existence and their ideology.

They have to lie and to lie with conviction about how they on the one hand demand small gov't and fiscal conservancy while on the other demand that their medicare, ACA benefits, social security and welfare checks remain untouched by the very socialist (democratic) run gov't they were taught to despise.

Having to live in a nation where socialism is practiced for their own benefit while being taught by their GOP leadership that socialism is a form of communism and should never be tolerated will inevitably lead to their having to rely on lies to somehow make sense of their contradictory views as a political entity.

So they added in to that conundrum a stab at unifying themselves by injecting another pair of contradictory beliefs into the mix: racism and religious fundamentalism. They, through lying to themselves have somehow been able to think that it's A-OK to be both and have no problem with that.

Small wonder how that party of theirs chose the pathological liar Trump as their idol and leader.

I dont think that is it.
These morons do these moronic things, rant about these moronic things, cause that is the message they get from up stairs. Leadership matters. Now why is the leadership acting this way, channeling this message? Power. They have no idea how to stay in power, outside of this bat-shit pocket they are in. Its that simple. There is nothing more scary to a power-person than losing that which is most precious to him. They are not in it for the people, you or anyone else, they are in it for themselves, and will do and say *WHATEVER* to stay there. The Trumpians in congress are shit people. Period.

No more immigrant children in tunnels to grenade?
Damn, I guess we'll have to put up with ignore a higher level of stupidity if you're back on the boards.
Good old classic sexism, how original. Par for the course for the shittiest, most useless people on earth.
Sad and pathetic when these are the best attacks they can make on this admin, isn't it?

I would say shooting anyone who "threatens" you would be the logical conclusion of the 2A. Police are just fulfilling its potential.

So it is okay to shoot the cop before he shoots you assuming you have a right to bare arms?

Obviously shooting a cop to protect yourself is justifiable if the cop didn't have sufficient provocation to shoot you. Might be a tough time in court. I don't personally know of this having happened, but maybe it has.

Breonna Taylor's boyfriend, who opened fire at police on the other side of his front door, was not charged.

Agreed to a certain degree. Before Trump took over, there was a certain threshold in the body politic whereby stretching the truth to the point of it becoming a lie was artful, there was a sense of finesse in being deceitful where even our media refused to use the word "liar". Still, by my reckoning, the Repub party was way ahead of the Dems as far as the telling "untruths".

Comes now one Donald Trump where his constant lying became in vogue with the Repub party. His being blatant about lying permitted the media to react to it where his being called a liar by the media wasn't a problem anymore. It had gotten that bad.

The Repub party had no choice but to not only put up with his constant lying, the party had to support his lies with lies of their own, driving the number of lies being told by Trump and his supporters through the roof while the Democrats stood back and away from that spectacle and didn't have the need nor the notion to get caught in that spiral.
