an onboard memory question

Hello All

heres my system:
\WinXp
\AMD3000xp
\1g TWIN-2700DDR dual-channel
\A7N8X*Delx

\ATI-X800-pro
\Audigy*2

I have originally installed two 512m-sticks of "Dual Channel" 2700ddr CORSAIR *Platinum Series* TwinX memory when making my system about 13 months ago, but I am now wondering if I could install one more stick of memory to up my memory to 1.5G and not take away from the "Dual Channel" mode by installing another 512m stick.

I'm asking this because I want to increase my systems memory for better performance for playing BF-2. If not I guess its time to get two (1gig) sticks of TWIN-3200DDR dual-channel.

My mobo is only good to go to 3200DDR if you were wondering and only has 3 memory slots 🙂

Thanks for helping me.
