Umm, that pic is very clearly of Skyrim.
And you have too many mods installed. Or one really bad mod. You may have to uninstall all the mods and try the game again. if its still broken, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the whole game.
then add mods one at a time until you find out which one is causing the issues.
