i came across this neat little article by Silverstone a while ago:

it's a bit old but i think this is something everyone should know if cooling their case is a priority for them.

i've implemented this in my chassis, i have 2x120mm fans mounted on the side door of the case blowing in cold air right on top of my video card. the video card is a completely sealed blower type fan cooler, and the only fan exhausting air from the case is the PSU fan. if i put my hand near the back side of the case or from the front i can fell air coming out, and i don't have to clean my case from dust very often.

i have pictures somewhere but i doubt anyone cares... :p

here is my take on possitive and negative pressure and why i wont sticky it.

I have not seen any drastic improvements with possitive or negative air pressure unless a lot of planning was involved.

Its not as simple as just flipping fans, due to how cases were constructed.

These air pressure methods were more designed for either noise, or air filters.
You lose performance at the cost of noise, however if performance is not your primary, then a negative air pressure works out when used with great filters. You will also need to duck tape the corners or you will lose your pressure before you even collect it.
