I've got a P3-700 FC-PGA running on a Microstar 6337 (i815) motherboard, w/ arctic silver and a golden orb. This CPU will run all day at a 132mhz FSB, with the AGP bus speed at 89mhz, which my Radeon can handle with ease. CPU temps stay below 50 C as well, even after lengthy burn-in tests. I've also got PC143 spec CAS2 SDRAM, so I figure that a 1mhz increment on the FSB, restoring the PCI and AGP bus speeds to 33 and 66 respectively, should be fine right? well, at 133mhz, the system runs just fine, but only WHEN it runs: every time I try to reboot the system locks up, the monitor doesn't get a signal, and I've got to wait 5-10 minutes and try again for it to work. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Anyone know if this is because of my video card or something else, like a BIOS setting? All suggestions welcome.
