an msi k8n neo question

hi, i was lookinga t some reviews on the new msi k8n neo and have found out that its one of the best out now. I have a few questions that i couldn't find out though.... does the msi k8n neo have raid, does it have a good built in sound card. And is it best for my amd athlon 64 3000 processor, x800 video card? THANKS

Well unless it was just released today, I don't think its actually out yet. Unless we are talking about a differant board. The MSI K8N Neo platinum that anand has reviewed, is on its way, but not out yet.


Any nForce 3 250Gb board should support raid as its built into the chipset, the platinum board does support it, using both PATA and SATA drives. The platinum again has the newest realtek 7.1 channle audio. Not sure the specifics on it, but I would think it would be better then the older 6 channel one. I think as long as its in your price range, and you can wait a few more days/weeks for it to come out and it has all the features you want, then it is definately a board you should consider. I know I am .
