An issue with the Asus K8V deluxe

I've only had this motherboard for a while, and it's started doing something... weird.

Every so often the motherboard will give the BIOS beep for a cleared POST, and both monitors will have their images shaken... but the system doens't actually turn off.

I'm unsure what can cause this, so here are the full system specs if anybody has an idea.

Case : Foxconn ATX tower.
Power Supply : Power Magic 600watt (feel free to laugh)
Motherboard : Asus K8V Deluxe
Processor : AMD Athlon 64 3200+ ( NO OVERCLOCK ) (temp ~90 F)
Processor Fan : Retail AMD fan
Video Card : Radeon 9800 Pro Sapphire Black PCB
Sound Card : Hercules Game Theater Xp ( 5.1 )
Ram : DDR 400 Ram, I believe setting is CAS latency 3.3.3.8
SATA : Hitachi 160 Gig using Molex Connector
ATA : WD 20gig
FANS : 2 low noise case fans... unsure of speed or pulled power
Optical Drive: Sony DVD +/- RW
MOD : 12 Inch Blue Cold Cathode

I think that's enough information about what all is pulling power or connected.

Any ideas what's causing it to beep at me?
