Well it seems they figured a way around that. Watch that other link. Some Filipino dude actually has a car running on water now. I dont know when this video was made, but we can make cars run on water right now. But of course we won't see it happen until the oil companies can figure a way to make money off of it.

Not directly, he's not creating energy, he's breaking up water molecules. It sounds like he's creating resonance in his electrodes, which will can give him greatly amplified power. I wouldn't be all that surprised if he has a vastly more efficient method of splitting water.

That said, if he's dead I'm sure someone else got all his info, and his patents are on record so you could, in theory, look them up and see for yourself. I'm too lazy.

Thermodynamics says it's impossible as it takes as much energy to split the water molecule as the energy gained from the hydrogen. But with catalysts, the reaction could be sped up and made more efficient so that you can actually gain something from the reaction. But the problem now is finding that catalyst.

Sorry, hydrogen is NOT a fuel source, unless you're referring to nuclear fusion. There is no way to separate hydrogen from water without an alternate energy source.

Cars CAN run on JUST electricity and electric car HAVE existed. Basically, electrically energy is converted to mechanical energy. They are just not very practical due to their mileage per charge of the battery used.
