I think KMurphy has the last two questions right, and as for the first I remember the posts but not the name. Huge amounts of text that could bring the whole thread to a halt! Too long for most people to even read, which kind of defeated the purpose...

Thanks for the welcome, Hippy - honestly, you, Red, Russ, and Harvey are the 4 members I remember were here when I joined, that are still here. Rio too, I think, but he's not around much anymore.

Anyone else still here from early '98 (the days when a Celeron 300@450 was the fastest on the market)? I bet I'm missing a couple names.

I'm curious to to who hippy was talking about in #3. I know I've had some pretty long religious reply posts. Longer than anyone else that I've seen. But I haven't been posting long so I don't know of the past. (I knew none of the answers to the quiz)

Hey Optimus. I haven't been totally silent, but usually don't bother getting caught up in conversations. I've been here since January 1999 - almost two years. I think I have about 200 posts.

As far as Caputo... Wasn't the original &quot;Warehouse of Celerons&quot; post at Hardware Central's bulletin board? I think it may have been. Not positive then.

Optimus Prime, Good one.

I guess I've been coming here since the 1st time I saw Anand on ZDTV. It was around the time of the 300/300A. I spent all of my time in the General Hardware forum and sucked up all the knowledge I could get from the Guru's(jonny if this is trademarked I owe you) there.

MagnusKain was a very spirited writer whos only objective was to get the idea out there and not bother with the worry of grammer.
I enjoyed his posts and never had the slightest problem with understanding them, but some folks could never go without harassing him about it.

And the beloved one TeddyRuxpin had a grasp of language that I have yet to see surpassed by any here. ( ) I have left the preceding space blank so that Red and Russ can finish that thought.HAHAHA
But I have never laughed so hard as when he went off on Russ with the Verbosity Rant(he actually never ranted he just made sh1t up well).

But we've missed so many good one like Blade, Bladerunner, vapor, Ornery...wait a minute this ones still here(they've tried everything to get rid of this one but so far nothings worked)

I've watched a lot come and go but some have stayed the same, and those will be the ones that will probably be here till the lights go out(Theirs or Its).
