I have a very interesting problem, This computer im trouble shooting will suddenly display a black screen, or a colorfull array of vertical multicolored lines. At first I thought, "ok must be a cooling problem.) So I got a vacuum put it on blow, and blowed out all the dust, and for fun continued to blow into the case (SFF Shuttle F24 Socket 390) where the northbridge was (I could not see the vid card chip, which is integrated) That did not work, It will still cause the same error. So I started it in safe mode, cleaned out the spyware (it drove me nuts for the first time running IE) and noticed that it never crashed on me. So I thought, Ok must be drivers. I got the 2000 drivers from Shuttle (It XP btw but XP was not available) installed them. And no dice, Drivers worked, but the error was still there. So I went into the BIOS and fiddled around with the amount of shared memory that it used. oddly enought It seamed to go a little long before crashing with a higher setting. But it still crashes.

Tips anyone? Should this be posted in the Trouble shooting forum?
