One can only pray that this is not a real example of conservative intellectualism since ones gut reaction is to call that notion an oxymoron, and one doesn't wish such gut reactions to be factual.

Incite them? It makes me cry. It means that millions of people are somewhere out there lost in space ready to do the goose step and that the whole human race has to suffer from their inability to transcend childhood fear.
