An important annoucement about TA Cube.

Russ

Lifer
The only reason for the existence of TA Cube is to help grow Team AnandTech; to help to make TA the biggest, baddest RC5 mofo on the block. This means NEW blood and NEW assimilations. Toward that end, TA Cube will be implementing some guidelines for membership.

Commencing immediately TA Cube will accept only members who are not already established participants for Team AnandTech. "Established" will be defined as cracking RC5 for 30 days or more as part of Team Anandtech. Under 30 days, members are still getting a feel for the team and deciding which direction that they'd like to move.

There will be two exceptions to this:

1. If an individual would otherwise leave Team AnandTech altogether, without the opportunity to join a mini team, and they have decided that TA Cube is the mini they would like to join, then they would be welcomed.

2. If an individual had previously been cracking RC5 for Team AnandTech for a period exceeding the 30 days, but had subsequently left the RC5 effort, and now wished to return, they would also be welcomed.

I hope that everyone understands the reasons for this restriction, and I apologize to any established members who were considering signing up.

Now, go forth, be fruitful and multiply!😀

TA cube is doing a great service to the team, IMHO, by putting a TAer in the top 100 participents, it might have some recrutive principles, similiar to the reasons the DPC used to MegaFlush... (You guys do remember their original reasons for doing that, right?)

Strates,
Yes we do.... We've always been TA, and always will.
Big difference is no stunts here. We do our daily production, and keep cracking.

We most sincerely hope that TWTA, Crackheads, and others will totally CLEAN OUR CLOCKS!
That is our goal. It will be good for TA for that to happen. We welcome the competition.

🙂

SSP,

That would mean that the Borg has you by the b@lls (hehe!)...😀

Looks like I will have to organize a new miniteam T.A.S.C. Team Anandtech Senior Citizens. Primary requirement would be 600 days cracking with no more than 30 blockless days in Dnets stats. 🙂

Yikes. I just remembered that my yearly physical exam with Frau Mueller <niiiiiieeeeeeeeeyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaggggghh says the horse> is in about 3 weeks. 🙁

<hears latex glove slapping> :Q

Ack!!!

Please turn your head and cough.

Hehe.. That?s not a problem. I was talking about stuff like anal probes and such.. 😉

I need to bump this, as I'm getting an awful lot of mail from existing Team AnandTech members wishing to join. If you've already contacted me, no problem.🙂

But, please, for everyone else, read this. Thanks.😀

Id have to disagree with you Russ, I was a member of TA for much longer than 30 days before i even decided a mini team was for me. and even then it took another week or two to figure out which one i wanted to join.
