No colander is your own fault I assume Not finding a vegetable peeler, try a knife =) Works, just not as efficiently.

Bay leaves, cheese cloth, well.. I don't feel bad that you don't have those things

I just bought a 7 piece Emerill Ware set. Great pans, heavier, cooks better, just wish the handles to the lids weren't metal. Really I wish I wasn't dumb enough to grab it when it is scalding hot.
