An easy Intel setup

I have a friend, and he needs an "Intel" rig. He told me it is somthing to do with using the same type of computer software the school uses. Well anyway he wants me to build him a computer with an intel chipset. I'll take any suggestions on an easy build. Somthing tat is cheap and has no bugs or installation issues. I was thinking an old 915 chipset or somthing about a year old. This is to be used for grahics design. Any body know of anything better? He wants t stay around $90-$150 bucks. Want to know what went off without a hitch when building and loading software. Thanks

iam using the Intel D945GTPL , it is powered by the Intel 945G chipset , only a little higher Clocked intregrated GPU , and only DDR2 Support .

i suggest get the Intel ViiV setup .

a Intel Pentium D 805 for $140 .
value DD2 533 or 667Mhz ram .
a 24-pin PSU .
ur done for now .
and upgrade to mid-range card later . (7600GT ) .
