By real, I assume you mean if it's really in the retail copy of the game. It is, it's a purple, double sided dildo. It's meant as a gift that you can give to one of your many girlfriends in the game, but you can use it as a weapon to hit people. You can get it in the police departments or in Millie Perkins' house as you see in the screenshot. You can also give the girlfriends flowers or the silver vibrator that I had in the screenshot, it's in his hand. If you haven't played GTA, the weapons you pick up float and spin in the air, my character happened to be positioned over the item, so I took a screenshot.
