I highly doubt that Amtraks S.O.Ps had anything to do with this persons death. It will probably be found that it was human error that allowed this man to die...or more that it was "just his time." Unfortuneatly we'll never really know due in part to one persons indecision or wrong decision. But again I highly doubt that Amtraks SOP had anything to do with it.
